婚绿 催指纹 I-131 AP加急 會拿到combo卡嗎？

lz I-485上的priority date是1/19/2021，问了emma能不能约指纹，live agent很好心的说可以帮忙，但最后回复 I am not currently seeing that you have been scheduled for a biometrics appointment yet. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have experienced delays in scheduling or rescheduling Application Support Center (ASC) appointments to collect biometrics. We are working to safely maximize appointment capacity at our centers and are also reusing previously collected biometrics to conduct background and security checks when authorized by law.  Please continue to wait for an ASC Appointment Notice or you may receive Form I-797, Notice of Action from USCIS indicating that your previously collected biometrics may be reused.

催指纹主要原因是想催AP，我接着问是不是得有指纹才能申请I-131 expidite request，他回 USCIS usually wants the biometrics taken before an expedite. You may be able to expedite the biometrics appointment.

接着就问我I-131 expedite原因，然后回复我好大一串，
REASONS FOR AN EXPEDITED BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT: Adoption cases (I-600/I-600A/I-800/I-800A) with an urgent need to bring the child into the United States (such as an urgent medical need or where the home country will not permit the child to complete the process after a certain age); Medical personnel who need to have their application completed in order to work;.  Military personnel with deployment orders or notification from their chain of command on the need; 319(b) naturalization applicants who live overseas and travel back to the United States following a refusal by the Department of State to capture fingerprints at an embassy or consulate; Emergency Advance Parole Requests where CPMS-IVT cannot be used to verify identity; Deferred Action/Parole In Place Requests where the region determines the DA/PIP may be approved; Unaccompanied Alien Children in vulnerable circumstances including: severe health or trauma issues, in Office of Refugee Resettlement custody, highly publicized/media cases, applicants from cases that are subject to litigation, applicants who may age out from eligibility for certain social service benefits (specifically Unaccompanied Refugee Minor benefits);that require urgent case resolution; or A NACARA 203 applicant who has a child about to turn 21 and the child may become ineligible to apply for NACARA.  
然后说我是fall under this category - Emergency Advance Parole Requests where CPMS-IVT cannot be used to verify identity. 帮我连接到tier2，也给了我service item number for verification，但接着要问我座标时区时，uscis网页就坏了，好几次跟emma讲到一半就送不出messages，然后就被强制disconnect...

1. 想问这样算是有约上tier2吗？
2. live agent给我约的是不是要付费加急的emergency AP，不是普通免费的ER?
3. 要怎麽跟agent说只想要ER?

刚刚又去找了一次emma，这次好像是成功file ER，问得很详细为什麽需要request，然后说接下来7天，uscis会联络需不需要额外的evidence，但有个问题是，agent说如果approved了，我只会拿到AP而不是combo card，但我记得地裏expedite AP是拿到combo card没错... 有小伙伴知道到底会拿到什麽吗？还需要去额外加急EAD吗？

我看到幾乎所有cases都是一起發卡喔，即使Emma說只會發其中一個！我的RD去年11月 現在也都還沒打上指紋，很想催！希望樓主可以分享第二次如何成功的！謝謝

我是説家人身体不好，希望儘早拿到AP回国照顾，不过他会要求更详细的资讯，就依自己的真实情况说明。好的我会再update需不需要supporting materials

就是接到live agent，跟他说明想加急EAD，给出具体理由，他应该就会处理了，不过他们可能也会看你RD或PD的时间来决定，我不太确定
