6月提交485，收据ioe开头，报个时间线先

本人坐标HI，6月28日RD。7月9日收到电子通知。当时提交的纸质材料，没有file online. 已收到纸质收据130/765/131都是IOE开头。没收到纸质485收据，不知是不是漏寄。等待中

update：8月20日收到指纹信，9月8日打指纹完毕。等待AP卡。。。

At first I thought I was expedited because I was military, but it turns out it's only because my receipt number start with IOE, the new filing system. ( perhaps being in the military did helped a bit)

anyway,  that's not the point, today I received an email reply from NVC, and told me it was approved faster simply because I was under the new system.

So, for petitioner who got a receipt number start with IOE, this is definitely a good new to you all.



below are the exact email reply from NVC

"Greetings from the Department of State's National Visa Center (NVC). We are contacting you regarding your recently approved immigrant visa petition. Based on your USCIS receipt number, your case benefited from a pilot electronic process for the I-130 petition. USCIS reviewed and approved your petition faster than average cases of this type as we develop the fully electronic transfer of data from USCIS to the Department of State.  We thank you for your patience while we continue to refine our process with these electronic petitions. We wanted to alert you that it will likely take longer than the 30-day timeframe mentioned on USCIS's approval notice to you. Despite this delay, please rest assured that we expect the overall time between filing your petition and completing processing with NVC will be far faster than average for this petition type. When we complete the data entry for your case you will be notified by email or letter.  This will include instructions on how to log into the Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) to begin case processing with NVC.

刚刚找Emma了，可惜我的运气不好。她说只要有receipt number，就说明case在processing，有没有纸质或code不影响进程。As far as I am aware the only time that can be done is if it has passed 9 0 since the access code has been generated, or it has been lost, since neither apply to this situation all we can advise is to keep waiting. 这是Emma发的信息。

我上周从emma人工那里问到了我131，485，765号码，在手机case traker这个app里能搜到这个几个case number，显示的是“case was received and a receipt notice was sent",然后昨天收到的纸质回执上也没有显示access code。最后是再找Emma，他们隔了一天把access code发到我邮箱里。

我看的IOE 的意思是 digital processing 是好事儿。具体怎么运作不知道，但前天看了视频有讲解这个IOE 说是会增快processing time。

不确定，搜索了很久，get 了一些信息。但据说pilot program 是2019年的项目，不知现在是啥情况。Visajourney.com网站有网友的timeline,希望此类收据好运！

你也是婚绿对不？我和你差不多的timeline, 四张收据都收到了。6.24的RD，7.7收到短信通知，也全部是IOE开头的。。。快不快随它去了。。。

对的。终于找到类似收据的同类了，欢迎随时更新进展。。。我是新手，发不了链接。你可以去visajourney.com看下Rexxx的帖子，他是military，用了大概六到七个月approved.但好像同样开头的收据也有比较慢的，所以不确定到底意味着什么。

木有啊。我也读到消息说会有NOA2，告诉access code，但我没有收到。请问你的RD日期？我是IOE09125XXX。提交日期是2021年，但receipt显示是09fiscal年。

我也好奇 搜了一下“IOE or ELIS filings are governed by a different “setup” for receipt tracking numbers” 我的RD是7/2/21 receipt number前五位跟你一样
