Tiktok monetization experimentation team is building the next-generation experimentation system. We are looking for experienced data scientists to join us in using advanced statistics and causal modeling to help optimize experiment design, build measurement framework, and maximize whole monetization team experimentation and data-driven decision-making efficiency. You will have the rare opportunity to work with a fully globalized team, including data scientists, engineers, product leads to build a world-class experimentation

Responsibilities
-  Participate in monetization experimentation system upgrades, explore scientific experimentation methods, and improve the efficiency of experimentation;
-  Have end-to-end ownership causal inference modeling in quasi-experimental and observational data: from research to implementation;
-  Promote the company's causal inference and experimental culture; accumulate knowledge of monetization, causal inference, and experimentation; conduct experimentation user training;
- Understand the progress and trends of industry causal inference and experimentation, and implement it into actual business scenarios.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Mathematics, Physics), OR equivalent practical experience.
- Deep knowledge of experiment design, experimentation deep-dives, & causal inference, have strong analytical and causal reasoning mindset.
- SQL/Hive/Spark, R/Python
- Being sensitive to data, advocating data speaking, and believing in the value of data in driving business and supporting decision-making.
- Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, work planning ability and initiative awareness.
- Proven ability to succeed in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- [Preferred] Experience with monetization system and product.
