请问有人的case是在TSC被处理的么

2016/11 PD 是EB219/11 filed 485，之后很快就要求录指纹。20/06 case被转到了Texax Service Center

21/05 显示fingerprints applied

USCIS显示TSC现在在处理2016年6月以前收到的case。。。找了议员inquiry，得到的也是官方回复。所以这是说我的case还要再等3年么？？哭死。。。请问地里有没有小伙伴的case也是在TSC被process，你们的case是什么status？

楼主当时是不是有140在TSCpending啊？有没有打电话或找live agent问问case目前在哪啊？

没有pending的140，485的case现在就是在texas center， USCIS在回议员的时候 confirmed过了的。

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records confirm that your constituent’s case is pending at the Texas Service Center (TSC). USCIS records indicate that on 07-03-2019 for Ms. Yonging and Yigeng Cheng on 11-27-2019, your constituent filed Form I-485. TSC is currently adjudicating I-1485's that were submitted on or before 06-13-2016. Therefore, your constituent’s case is within our current processing time. TSC 超级慢的。目前是24.5 Months to 62.5 Months。也就是说24.5个月可以处理掉50%的case，62.5个月处理掉90%的case。楼主可能有50%的可能性在年底拿到绿卡。
