三天两次收到NEU的自动邮件，无视之？

周五收到一份，今天又收到一份，一模一样。
说所有材料都要上传，第二段说成绩单可以只上传不寄送，第三段说如果已经complete则无视这封邮件（既然可以无视干嘛还给我发两次？）
然后还给了个链接让确认申请状态，还有一个7天有效的链接可以改密码

全文如下：（还没申请的童鞋可以参考。。）
Thank you for your application to the  program in the Computer and Information Science. Using your login ID and password, you will be able to log back onto the application system to see an up-to-date status of the materials that we have and have not received for your application. Your application status will appear as "Incomplete" until we have received all of your application material. . If your application status currently reads as “Complete”, we have all the materials we need to review your application and you can ignore this message. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we kindly request that you utilize the online tracking system.
     All supplemental material, including an unofficial copy of your transcripts, should be uploaded to your online application. When checking your status, please note that it will continue to read “Transcripts: Not Received” until we have a hard copy, even if you have uploaded them to your application. However, official transcripts are not required until the time of admission. We can review your application with the uploaded version.
    For more information on our program, please feel free to visit our website. If you have any specific program or application questions, you may contact our graduate office.
    Again, we thank you for your interest in our program. We look forward to reviewing your application for the upcoming semester.

为什么已经complete还不停给你发

同收到，成绩单是接受录取以后才用寄送的吧？

我昨天是第二次收到这个，然后回家看了一下系统，状态变成under review了

表示没收到过
