现在抗体测试分两种，一种是Binding antibody detection: These tests use purified proteins of SARS-CoV-2, not live virus, and can be performed in lower biosafety level laboratories (e.g., BSL-2).
另一种是 Neutralizing antibody detection tests： determine the functional ability of antibodies to prevent infection by virus in vitro. These tests monitor inhibition of viral growth in cell culture when incubated with serum or plasma.

后者才是真正意义上的“中和抗体检测”，后者又分三类，前两个没有Emergency Use Authorization (EUA），无法商用。第三个（Competitive neutralization tests）要在BSL-2级别实验室做。

感谢补充。我知道部分dp的检测方法：The assay uses a recombinant protein representing the RBD of the S antigen in a double-antigen sandwich assay format, which favors detection of high affinity antibodies against SARS‑CoV‑2. The test is intended as an aid to assess the adaptive humoral immune response to the SARS‑CoV‑2 S protein

这样的话，符合Competitive neutralization tests的定义。限于条件，不能保证所有dp检测方法均为上述。建议读者自行判断可信度

你的口吻好像卫计委，老百姓呼吁测抗体，卫计委说没意义。
就不说为啥没意义。

自欺欺人呗，美国疫苗抗体有专家数据，所以不用测。中国疫苗抗体数据呢？怕是不好吧
