我司Coupang今年刚IPO，发展前景好。待遇方面，现在给的package， base + 股票，比微软，亚麻高，和fg差不多。
看好公司前景和个人发展机会。项目scope和个人上升空间都比完全成熟的公司大。


团队在西雅图地区有多个opening，倾向于senior (5)，staff+ (6+) 级别，经验丰富，能力强的candidate。

个人水平有限，我先这么给你解释。

首先第一，我们像是公司战斗机的航空母舰，我们提供的services，infrastructure 被所有的产品team用到。我们要解决业务逻辑的需求，解决usability, engineering effectivity，也有throughput, scalability，availability，reliability的问题，这些每个都有很多方面，这里不好展开。一楼的post也讲到怎么的candidate会合适。并且有large scale distributed system背景的也会合适，

其次，我们的服务基本是公司各个team产品线不过或缺的重要模块。有很多业务逻辑，后端，平台，operation，前端都有。有机会在一个很大的scope上工作，不像螺丝钉。

具体到当前我们负责的scope主要包括以下几类。
1. large scale distributed streaming platform (message queues). 这是公司最重要的platform骨架之一
2. all company-wide notification apps (email, text, app-push, and other apps). 这是任何公司都有的部门
3. image platform and video platform
4. distributed tracing system
5. 一些其他platform services and apps。
我们期待未来会有更多platform的有scope，impact 和visibility的项目。

这些opening都是今年的，明年入职的，不考虑。大牛或有工作经验的优先考虑。

大体上是的，据我所知，我们公司也会review marketing给的package，保证给出吸引人才的package。

这个和candidate有多strong，各个部门招人opening的需求也有关系。
