netflix第一次招new grad?

第一次看到他们家招new grad，之前只招很厉害的senior。说明今年形势是真的逆天了？

Who are you?
New Grad with a BS/BA in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics (Grad Date between Dec. 2021 & August 2022).
1+ relevant internship experience or school project experience
Great problem-solving skills
Curious and motivated learner
Clear communicator - you are concise and articulate in speech and writing
Coursework or relative experience with data structures, algorithms, and debugging (Bonus if you’ve taken a course on distributed systems).
Practical knowledge of Java or any other object-oriented programming language.
What will you learn?
Build large-scale applications that solve complex business problems elegantly.
Distributed system design and architecture process
Writing high quality, performant, and industry-standard code
Working closely with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
What we use today
Java, Gradle, Spring Boot 2.x, gRPC, Atlas, Spinnaker, Elasticsearch, SQL, AWS, etc.
Note that you don't need to know all of these right now, but you should be excited to learn them!
