1.15deadline，今天早上就收到这么个邮件，看迷糊了~

The State University at Buffalo Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department is pleased to inform you of the Graduate Committee Review Boards’ decision of recommending your acceptance in the Master’s degree program in the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department at the University at Buffalo for the Fall 2014 semester pending final review by the Office of International Admissions of your application and determination of your eligibility to receive the official documents necessary for a US student visa (should it be required). In addition, please note that your admission is provisional pending receipt of official transcripts, proof of completion of an earned a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university by the date of intended enrollment and any other required documents; you will receive further instructions from the UB Office of International Admissions with your I‐20 / International Welcome Packet regarding which documents to submit and how and when to submit them. You are being admitted into the all-course M.S. degree with a comprehensive exam. Any transfer after you arrive into a thesis or project track will require MAE administrative approval.


下面还说cannot offer you financial assistence和让我邮寄Bank Statement以及 International Student Financial Form过去，否则不能审理我的申请。
这到底是录了还是没录呢？如果是录取的话也太快了吧。有没有同学收到了类似的邮件啊？

我其它学校还一点消息都没有呢，所以打算先等等。我也觉得如果寄材料过去了有可能对方会认为你有意思。

我昨天也是收到rutgers家类似的AD，需要提交财产证明。但是纠结是不是一提交就表示从了他家。先观望下。。。
