Your responsibilities
Pre-process and quality control on single cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq ) and spatial RNA sequencing (spatial RNAseq) data on mouse tissues
Infer developmental trajectories of single cells with RNA velocity from scRNAseq data of mice at different developmental stages
Differential expression analysis on single cell RNAseq and spatial sequencing data between treated and untreated mice
Develop methods for spatial RNAseq data
Integration of data from other-omics
Design further experiments for validation of results of analyses
Your qualifications
PhD in Genetics, Statistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics or related biological or quantitative disciplines
Good publication record with evidence of independence (at least one first-author publication in an international journal)
Strong computing skills including demonstrated competency in scientific programming in a statistical or compiled language
Experience or knowledge of single cell transcriptomics, spatial transcriptomics, or multi-omic data integration and large-scale data analyses
Fluent in written and spoken English
Desirable qualifications
Knowledge or interest in neurological or psychiatric disorders
Knowledge of mouse genetics and behaviours
