eb5 combo 等了十三个月了

eb5 停了就算了，combo最近好不容易批得正常一点了，nnd竟然跳过了我的案子批了比我更后提交的人？！tmd移民局真的是醉了！有时候我都不想留在美国了，但可怜了投资的钱，我怎么也得拿到最后的卡。

楼主是第一次办还是renew，能报一下时间点么.
我六月初renew的现在还在等，虽然有自动180天延期但是也闹心

我5月交的renew，但现在最担心的是180天延期都不够用…

一样， 我也是5月交的renew，现在一点动静没有，算上自动延期的180天，还有三个月就不能工作了

Combo也一起暂停了 USCIS网站上有写

刚仔细看了一下USCIS网站，复制粘贴一下：
Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, and any Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, and Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, associated with a Form I-485 application that is based on a Form I-526 filed by an approved regional center.
Until further notice, we will hold (that is, not act on) any pending petition or application of these form types that is dependent on the lapsed statutory authority and was filed before the end of the statutory authorization. At the end of calendar year 2021, unless there is new legislation for regional centers, we will reevaluate whether to keep this hold in place.

Again, other websites also claim this:
"For investors waiting for an Adjustment of Status, USCIS confirmed they are adjudicating I-131 (travel document) and I-765 (employment authorization)  applications associated with pending I-485 petitions relating to the EB-5 Regional Center Program."

which is confusing, I guess USCIS might have confirmed they will work on the combo card but I couldn't find that on USCIS website. :(
So confusing

真的不值得留美国。投了这么多钱也没着落，其实美国也不怎么样。想想国内的家人有多久没见了。是时候考虑一下了。
