我看似乎以9 credit hours per semester算，一年B.S.C.S学费就得1.2w刀呢。

不过从目标看，最终想要申请Top 50 Master的话。
似乎Online Bachelor Degree选UoPeople也是可以的？性价比很高，毕竟申请Master最终是出线的是靠GRE + TOEFL + GPA成绩？

Cost for online bachelor’s degrees:
$561–$661 per credit hour*
你可以算下如果你waive后需要读60 credit，成本你是否能接受。

Upeople有案例是用这个申请到了排名靠前的学校，但我没有申挖过，具体的时长和是否你的专科可以waive部分课程什么的，你可以多了解下。本质上Upeople也是受美国教育部认可的学位，可信度应该没问题。

申请所有学校最终都是以gpa为主，其次语言，最后gre。还是先把gpa冲高，无论什么情况的申请者gpa都是最重要的。如果你有综合wes后3.8+的gpa，绝大部分学校都可以放心申。

如果你选本科，有两种情况：
a，读4年的，那就不需要wes，因为你有了4年制美本degree，直接拿着申学校
b，选4年本科，但用你的专科成绩单联系学校看能给你waive多少课。如果这种情况貌似需要wes，因为你本科的学分不是120分（这点我是个人猜测，最好发邮件也问下wes）

2. 我在国内读的UoPeople online本科，在申请美国本地实地上课的CS master有什么需要注意的地方吗（比如申请材料，流程方面）？
我个人不觉得有什么需要注意的地方，我了解到的信息美国对于online degree认可度比国内高很多。具体材料和流程我没明白你会有什么顾虑，如果读了本科那就当美本看待就好。
其实有疑问大可放心发邮件问学校，写清你的困惑，学校有专业的admission Office来解答各种问题。

我建议的流程：
先问Uopeople — 看你能不能waive掉一些学分？问清如果waive后还需要读多久？以及可以表达你想尽快读完的诉求。 （如果问完很建议你发出来或者回在我这个帖子里，肯定还有其他专科/专升本的朋友也需要这条路）
后问WES — 如果能waive，那么wes会怎么认证你的学位？（我自己猜测这种情况，最终也是等同于美国四年制本科+remark说明一下）

UoPeople accepts transferred credits for university level courses from accredited institutions in and outside of the US. If you are not sure whether your credits can be transferred – don’t worry! All you need to do is upload your transcripts in the UoPeople Portal and our team will do the work for you! We don’t charge you for this evaluation.

This means that students can transfer no more than 90 toward the completion of a Bachelor's degree.

UoPeople对于本科最多可以trans 90分，先把你的专科成绩单找淘宝翻译公司翻译好，然后上传给他们，他们会免费给评估能转多少分。如果能免90分，那你只需要读30分，成本很低而且效率也很高，我觉得是个很好的路子，加油啦。

是的，我已经在淘宝找了个成绩单公证翻译，下周应该就能出公证文件。
另外刚刚发了邮件询问Admission team，到时候再过来更新下我获得到的信息。

如果你选本科，有两种情况：

关于GPA的问题：

Grade Point Average (GPA) and Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA)

All course credits where a letter grade is issued are factored into a student’s term and cumulative GPA.

A student’s grade-point average (GPA) is determined by dividing the number of grade points earned by the number of units attempted. The total grade points earned for a course equals the number of grade points assigned times the number of course units. For example, if a student takes three 3-credit courses and receives grades of A-, C+, and F, then the CGPA for the term equals the total grade points (3.67*3) + (2.33*3) + (0*3) = 18 divided by the total course units (9). The resulting CGPA is 2.00.

Also please note you should do a WES evaluation for GPA earned from UoPeople to the institution where you wish to further continue your studies.

关于时长的问题：

If the student maintains a minimum 3.00 CGPA, they will be eligible to take 4 courses per term. If that is maintained throughout the studies, it is possible to complete a Bachelor’s Degree at UoPeople within 4 years.

But kindly be informed that program completion time depends on a variety of factors including the student's individual progress, the courses offered by the University in a given term, and the maximum amount of courses a student is allowed to register for per term, which varies.

至于可以转多少学分的话，还得等报告出来让Advisor帮我evaluate一下。CS一共是40个课程，每个学年5个term，每个term理论上可以选4个课程学习。
另外我还有个问题就是，waive得到的学分是如何计算GPA的？是按照我当时考试成绩来算还是什么情况？
我想提升下GPA，这样以后准备读Master的话择校会多一些。
