I am sorry that we have been unable to offer you a place on the MSc Finance programme.  Not only do we look at an applicants final/current average, we also look at grades relevant to the programme.  We look to see if there is a strong and consistent performance and, unfortunately, we saw that several of your quantitative grades were below our requirement.

With regards to any improvements you could make, obviously you are unable to alter previous grades, but perhaps if you were to continue your study as you have done recently, with an improved and consistent performance, thereby increasing your overall average, your application may be viewed as more competitive.
