12月份EB2表B

小白请问下12月EB2的表B到底开了吗？看uscis网站只说eb5不让file，其他eb种类的看DOS通知，DOS网站又让看uscis通知。。。所以说只要uscis没说不让file就是可以file的意思吗？

For Employment-Based Preference Filings:
USCIS will not accept any new employment-based fifth preference adjustment of status applications based on the Regional Center Program until that program is reauthorized.  For all other employment-based preference categories, you must use the Dates for Filing chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for December 2021.
