降级，LIN时间线，求大神们帮忙判断绿卡速度和何时跳槽？ 有效回复定加米

地里大神们好，在绿卡上我没做太多功课，需要大家指点迷津。大米感恩！

时间线 (2018.6.30.EB2 PD)
2021.6 降级eb3， file 485 + 601 waiver等。 但eb2 的140还有效。
2021.8.12 receive date。 号段LIN21904*****
2021.11.24 打指纹

我看接下来的就是等面试通知，和制卡了。看了下地里，貌似LIN处理的速度很慢 ，那到底是多久呢？ 求大家感受下接下来要多久能拿到绿卡？

这么关心的原因是现在眼下有3条路，请大家帮忙参谋下我的理解对不对。
1。 绿卡速度要等1年+。 那我就立刻去裸面一轮感受下市场风气， 搞砸了也不怕hiring freeze
2。 如果绿卡速度很快，半年左右， 那我就不去面试了，等绿卡拿到踏踏实实去面试跳槽。
3. 等receive date过去180天，就直接去认真面试并准备跳槽。

我本来想走#3的，但担心会不会因为跳槽新公司要file这拿的， 影响了这边原来的速度。这是个valid concern么？ 目前的priority 一是拿绿卡， 二是换工作。谢谢大家！

你的PD eb3 不current, 没法批卡，要等到eb3 current 了才批卡。eb3未来几个月可能都不会动了。
Relink 就是interfile, 你relink 回eb2, PD 是current, 可以给你批卡。
你PD 是 18年6月， eb2 排期即使倒退也不可能退到这里。
Relink 就是告诉移民局给你按eb2 批卡，地里好几个最近都成功了，自己搜搜看看吧。

如果你选择delink,那么180天会重置。也就是你也至少要重新等半年再跳槽

楼上正解，lin按现在处理速度需要将近两年的时间才能消化完库存，你eb2 current应该写信去relink是最快的

请问relink 和interfile是一回事么？ 我之前咨询过我公司律师（BAL），他们不建议我file Eb-2 interfile request.   大家看看怎么操作好呢？

BAL说法如下：

Please note that the Final Action Chart is the only applicable chart for your case regardless of the chart that USCIS is utilizing for filing of adjustment of status applications. BAL does not advise proceeding with an EB-2 interfile request in this case.  Visa bulletin movement changes on a monthly basis.  It is difficult to determine if your priority date will remain current in EB2 long enough for an interfile request to be received by USCIS and your green card approved.  There are additionally a number of risks associated with an interfile request.  The acceptance of the interfile request is subject to USCIS discretion.  Additionally, there is no way to track the interfile request, so USCIS is not able to provide information on whether they even received the request, or its progress. The interfile does not always have the desired result and is not always successfully linked to the pending I-485. Even if it is successfully linked to the I-485, then the visa bulletin is still subject to change each month and EB-3 could advance while EB-2 retrogresses. Attempting to file multiple interfile requests between EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories each time the visa bulletin changes is likely to lead to I-485 processing delays. We therefore advise remaining in the preference category in which your I-485 was filed.  

However, if despite the potential risks associated with an interfile request, you would still like to proceed against legal recommendations, we may do so.  Please confirm via response back that you understand the potential challenges of the interfile request as outlined above and accept the following risk and implications:

o    The interfile may not have the desired effect or may have no effect at all

o    An interfile can potentially delay the adjudication of your I-485 and green card

o    An interfile is not an official filing and USCIS does not acknowledge the acceptance or processing of an interfile request. Therefore, BAL cannot track or inquire about the status of the interfile request or confirm if the interfile has been accepted for your case.

关于 180 天和 relink，楼上讲得很详细了。反正 180 天后跳槽没有任何问题。

唯一能额外提醒的一点是，跳槽接 offer 之前和新公司的律师团队通个电话，反向面试一下，确定律师靠谱再跳。你就问律师你的情况对方会选择怎么做。律师一定要调理非常清楚，比你懂才行。否则别接 offer。
