因为系统里一直只有submitted。。。发信过去问材料齐了没，今天收到的答复……

At the present time we are preparing application materials, for all applicants, for graduate committee review.

This year, we have received a higher volume of applications compared to previous years.  Therefore, application processing is taking more time than anticipated.

Our administrative process is currently focused on preparing files for the admission committee to sustain the quality of the review process and ensure that admission decisions are announced in a timely manner.

As a result, our administrative processes have shifted.  We will not be notifying every candidate on an individual basis in ApplyYourself as to the status of application materials.   Instead, we will give priority to those that are missing documents needed for review. If you do not receive such a message by March 14, 2013, rest assured that we have everything needed to review your application.

Once notifications have been sent to those that are missing documents, we will notify those whose files are complete.

We realize this is an anxious time for many applicants, so we want to assure you that we do not reject applications due to missing documents: except in those cases where an applicant is unresponsive to our inquiries.

We would greatly appreciate that you postpone your inquiries about the status of your application until the above-mentioned date. This will allow our staff to focus on the critical task of getting all the files ready for a careful and thorough review, so that decisions can be made and applicants can be notified as soon as possible.

一天。。。。。。是不是最近再发PHD的offer。。。所以顺便就回我了。。。
