去美国读ms可以申请枪支吗？

看州法怎么说

娘口三三 打猎可以用的

美国宪法第二修正案保证公民持有枪械的权利，非公民不享有这个权利，除非
1.admitted to the US for lawful hunting or sporting purposes
2. in possession of a hunting license
3. an official representative of a foreign government accredited to the US
government
4. an official representative of a foreign government accredited to an
international organization headquartered in US
5. an official representative of a foreign government en route to or from
another country to which he/she is accredited
6. an official of foreign government or a "distinguished foreign visitor"
who has been so designated by the Department of State;
7. a foreign law enforcement official of a friendly foreign government
entering the US on official law enforcement business
8. been accorded a waiver pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 922(y)(3) which authorizes
him/her to possess a firearm。

基本而言，3～8项都是针对公务人员，与我们无关，而第一项也关系不大，除非你是专
业运动员或者某些NB的国际运动/狩猎组织。对我们而言，hunting license是唯一的手
段。

据称，美国本土48州只有washington state对国际身份的人有限制，其余州的非永久居
民是有权在手续齐全的情况下拥有枪械的。

买枪主要用来练习和防身的，最坏情况就是南加州那两位了，认为歹徒就是图个财的话就too young too naive
