总算来一个想去的学校了，如果去的话会选software security track。

呃，莫非今年不一样吗。我直接可以在系统里下载到admission letter，而且他给我offer的邮件已经在开始说visa之类的事了。
We are excited to inform you that your application for admission to the Master of Engineering: Computer Science (Leuven) for the academic year 2022-2023 has been approved.

To download your admission letter, you should log back in to the web app. Open your application for Master of Engineering: Computer Science (Leuven)  with application number 000000255194 by clicking the pencil icon – there you will find the button “download admission letter”.

而且我没在系统里找到选择接受or拒绝的选项。我已经发邮件去问了，谢谢你。

kul的offer好像没给出接offer的ddl，有无懂哥知道是怎么回事，可以hold到开学还是

There is no deadline for accepting the admission offer. Accepting the offer does not imply any kind of obligation (regarding payment, enrolment...), it just allows the administrative process to continue, resulting in the drafting of the admission letter.

Only upon accepting the offer and complying with the possible conditions, you will get an admission letter which you will need to apply for a visa. The visa application can take several weeks or months. It is therefore important to accept the offer as soon as possible, and definitely no later than May 2021.

kul回我了，总结就是：不需要回复kul你接受或拒绝offer。倘若你完成注册+付完学费，kul将视作你来，反之则不来。第一次看到这种录取方式，跟美国以及大多数学校的录取差别还蛮大的，可能录取标准就是申请者合格学校就会无限录取所以可以这么操作？无所谓了。

You do not need to accept your admission to our university. As soon as you have received your admission letter, you can start preparing your arrival in Belgium, based on the instructions given in the email confirming your admission.

You will receive more information on how to enroll at KU Leuven via email when we are approaching the registration period (August 16 2022 until October 12 2022)

Once you have finalized your enrollment at KU Leuven during the registration period, you will receive a global invoice (tuition, additional options, liability insurance …) which you will need to pay by bank transfer within 14 days. Please be aware that payment in cash, by credit card or in instalments is not possible. The payment can be made by another person.

We are looking forward to welcoming you at KU Leuven.
