Summary:  GloTech is a leading fluid machinery technology and product development company located in South Florida. We are seeking to add Mechanical Design Engineers to our R&D team. Job duties include carrying out product development projects, as well as providing support for completed products. We are looking for candidates with a strong mechanical engineering background, who can thrive in our dedicated, innovative, and fast-paced work environment.


Job Responsibilities:

• Work with engineering manager and fellow engineers on new product development projects
• Perform engineering calculations / analyses and create design drawings
• Develop QC / testing documents and collect data on prototypes
• Communicate with operations / production on manufacturing requirements and provide necessary engineering support
• Gather user requirements and product feedback
• After new products are released, monitor product performance and manage design updates
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of previous engineering-related work experience
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD)
• Ability to multi-task, and affinity for a fast-paced working environment
• Motivated, responsibility-seeking individual
• Experience with ANSYS simulation software (CFD, Mechanical Pro) is a plus
• Bilingual in English/Chinese is a plus
