I heard programs shorter than 2 years don't require CPT. That might be worth checking out if one is job-oriented.

Hi libra, what do you think of columbia's Biostat, I currently have an offer from that school. I have heard that many asian students are in that program, especially in the theory and method track. What do you know about that school? Thx.
