工作经验和背景我有5年多工作经验和Computer Science的PhD：

• PhD研究方向是statistical modeling/analysis of computer networks and graphs，熟悉computer networks，probability analysis，ML/CV。
• 工作之后一直在做backend engineer, 在大厂做过快两年然后加入现在工作的中型startup。我对大规模backend infra有丰富的经验，做过real time streaming data pipeline, 以及in house ML model serving platform/building ML pipeline in production.
• 在成为senior engineer以后，我作为project lead，lead过3个大型项目的design和implementation/launch，都是作为本组的tech lead参与cross-team effort的项目。过程中需要负责和businees team meet来明确需求，design 并且和brother team align， 做task breakdown和timeline planning，写service代码，test and launch。
• 期间，我的工作帮助到我的一位manager升职到下一个level。作为公司ML platform team的早期开发成员，我有mentor和帮助后来加入的几个engineer ramp up and grow.
