Our CIS graduate admissions committee has completed their review of applications for financial aid.  The committee chairperson, Professor Jingyi Yu, says that the department has limited resources for financial aid and we regret that we are unable to extend to you a Teaching Assistantship for Fall 2014. You may want to contact individual faculty members in your field and see if they have Research Assistantship (RA) openings http://www.cis.udel.edu/people/index.html.  RA positions are an agreement between faculty and students.  The department does not review applications for RA openings.
Your response to our offer of admittance is due no later than April 30, 2014.  Thank you.

通知里那个“在评”，就是没有，只能自己套RA了。

不会吧，前几天有几人报offer，好像连面试都没。

这是2月底发offer到一批，我这批是3月底的，不一样。
