从开始准备140到 485差不多正好一年DP

从2021年5月开始折腾140，2022年5月485 approve，差不多正好一年。详细时间线如下：

June 29, 2021- PD: SRC received I-140
July 13, 2021: I-140 approved

June 1, 2021: Submitted 212e waiver application to DOS
July 13, 2021: Submitted the No Objection Letter application to the Chines embassy
July 31, 2021: Emailed a newly extended DS-2019 form to DOS
August 31, 2021: the Chines embassy sent NOL to DOS
December 8, 2021: DOS sent FR
December 16, 2021: USCIS received I-612 from DOS
December 20, 2021:  I-612 approved

January 10, 2022 - ND: Notice sent by USCIS
January 30, 2022: Walk-in biometrics (originally scheduled on Feb 14, 2022)
February 14, 2022: Submitted FOIA request for all A-files
February 22, 2022: Submitted expedite request for I-131 AP via Emma
February 24, 2022: Received email from NBC for I-131 expedite request supporting materials
February 26, 2022: Fax I-131 expedite request supporting materials to NBC
March 1, 2022: I-765 EAD was being produced
March 2, 2022: I-765 & I-131 approved
March 8, 2022: Received Combo card
March 22, 2022: Received my A-files (in pdf format) from FOIA and found a typo made by USCIS in Central Index System (typo in my father's first name). Requested Tier-2 callback to fix the typo via Emma
April 25, 2022: A-files were transferred to San Fernando Valley FO for adjudication (not my local FO; confirmed by multiple Emma)
April 26, 2022: Received Tier-2 callback; asked whether the background check was complete and Tier-2 said it was complete and my case was  at the final stage waiting to be adjudicated; Tier-2 also confirmed the typo and created an SR to fix the CIS record
May 9, 2022: Received an email from the San Fernando Valley FO to inform me the typo has been corrected in CIS; A-files were transferred to Los Angeles FO  (not my local FO) for adjudication (confirmed by two Emma on May 10)
May 11, 2022: I-485 New card was being produced.
May 13, 2022: I-485 approved

你可以定个appointment当天的机票，然后去ASC说你那天要飞。
ASC 一般会放你进去。 我当时确实appt 时间前几天要去做手术，就提前让我进去了。
