刚跟狗家recruiter聊过，一些新信息（非SDE）

本人情况：非SDE，转行。去年申请狗家Product Analyst，拖拖拉拉了六个月然后被拒。
最近recruiter又reach out，但是lz没准备立刻面试，所以就聊了一些很general的questions,来给大家分享一下.
1）Confirmed 狗 has adopted a new hiring process, which requires team match first. He also mentioned most Product Analyst positions are based out of MTV office.
想问一下，Product Analyst在南加有什么组？不打算relocate去北加。
2）狗 is not having a hiring freeze nor has slowed down hiring (也不知是真是假),说还是在积极招人。
3）recruiter说因为我以前面过，所以这次只要再面1-2轮就可以了，不用重新面5轮。
想问一下，我觉得上次表现的不是很好，这种情况下是不是还是重新面好？
4）如果通过了面试但不幸遇到hiring freeze/没了headcount，recruiter说results可以保留一年等到他们有head count。
5）最搞笑的，他说狗在感恩节到new year这段时间员工都消失了，所以很难schedule面试。
