Position Description
Dr. Wang's lab is looking for highly motivated PhD students. The student will be fully funded and will be working primarily under the direct supervision of the advisor (Dr. Haifeng Wang) to conduct research/project works in the area of smart manufacturing and intelligent healthcare. The position will be responsible for writing/reading research papers, working on research projects, attending conferences, preparing research presentations, etc.
Requirements
Pursue Ph.D. degree in Dr. Wang's lab
Interested in operations research/data mining/machine learning research topics
Got a Bachelor/Master's degree in industrial engineering or a related field
Operational research/computer science/statistics backgrounds are preferred
A strong sense of responsibility and ability to learn new things in a fast-paced environment
Has to be highly motivated
Admitted to 2023 Spring Semester or later
Proficiency in English
