佛罗里达大学招收1名全奖PhD (计算力学与不确定性量化)

Strongly motivated applicants are invited to apply for a fully-funded Ph.D.  position, available for Fall 2022/Spring 2023 within the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management, College of Design, Construction and Planning, University of Florida.
Research topic: Computational mechanics and uncertainty quantification.




Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or other related areas.
2. GPA>=3.0/4.0 for all tertiary degrees
3. Good at  one of the computational methods (FEM, DEM, MPM, FVM, etc)
4. Familiar with uncertainty quantification and statistical methods
5. Good coding skills
