美国Clemson大学ECE招全奖博士、博士后(电子材料与器件方向)



赵连锋课题组招收全奖博士研究生、博士后研究员，研究方向为新型薄膜电子材料与器件，如钙钛矿太阳能电池、光电器件、存储器件、逻辑器件等。博士生2023年春季或2023年秋季学期入学，博士后入职时间灵活，欢迎具有相关方向背景或感兴趣的同学申请。

导师简介: 赵连锋，美国Clemson大学ECE系助理教授。赵连锋2012年本科毕业于西安电子科技大学微电子学院，2014年硕士毕业于清华大学微纳电子系，2019年博士毕业于美国普林斯顿大学电子工程系，2019年至2022年在普林斯顿大学从事博士后研究。曾获得普林斯顿大学SEAS Award for Excellence和Wallace Memorial Honorific Fellowship等荣誉。赵连锋长期从事新型薄膜电子材料与器件方向的研究，近年来在包括Nature Photonics、Advanced Materials、ACS Nano等学术期刊发表论文30余篇，引用次数超过3000次，担任包括Nature Electronics、Nature Communications、Science Advances等多种学术期刊审稿人。详细信息请见教授主页：https://www.clemson.edu/cecas/de ... /faculty/lzhao.html

For Ph.D. applicants:

Clemson is changing the software system we use for applications. Starting with applications for Fall 2023, there will no longer be an application fee. Applications should be received by January 15, 2023 for full consideration.

You will need to submit your official GRE results for your application to be evaluated.

If you are interested in our PhD program, you will need to prepare a statement of purpose. This should describe your research interests and identify faculty in our department that have overlap with your goals. You should also describe how your background has prepared you for PhD research; such as any experience with research projects and technologies that are directly related to your goals for a PhD.
