Why are you interested in Morgan Stanley and the unique prospects for this program?
I read the articles and comments about working at Morgan Stanley. I was truly attracted by the active learning environment at Morgan Stanley. How you provide chances and help to newly joined engineers to find their most exciting field and to reach their full potential, I appreciate how your company provides chances for employees to see which area really suites them in the company. Also, I have many experiences working as a team with people, and I love interacting with people, so I firmly believe a collaborative environment is essential to sucates are doing extra work while others are doing nothing, I don’t like the idea of having someone do all the work while other people just sit and chill. I met with those who did not finish their park and told them they left no choice but to inform the professor if they don’t do their part of the project. In the end, I assigned those who did not finish their work extra hours while asking everyone to upload their daily work to the online doc so that I can make sure everyone is working and the job is distributed evenly. |
