提新车时都需要检查哪些方方面面？

请过来人分享经验/教训

自己能想到的：
1、（外面，里面）外观：没有明显的伤痕，污渍
2、里程数：在官网能查到吗？应该不能超过10miles（即没有被别人开过）?
3、引擎：需要打开盖子看吗？但也看不出来啥，不懂怎么看。。。
4、配置都对：比如加了AUTO DIMMING，这个怎么查对？

5、试驾：也还是需要的对吧？
但是试驾也试不出来所有的功能；
万一有小毛病而提车时没有发现的话，事后找回去车行还会认账吗？
是不是warranty有不包的部分？

新车我觉得就看看vin码对上就行？然后太阳底下看看有没有剐蹭啥的。不过新车一般没啥问题，质保不包的都是消耗品

请问提车 主要是哪些步骤，以上是我尽量自己想出来的：

The pick up flow:
a.        How many hours are needed roughly? Guess half day (either one morning or one afternoon) should enough?
b.        Detailed steps:
The main items I can think out are:
1)        Myself check the car
2)        Myself trial driving the car
3)        CO-SIGN the formal Sales Contract
4)        (if needed) give you the copy of car insurances/car loan documents
5)        (if any) pay the down payment (Note: the previous $500 deposit (from my credit card) will be deducted from the down payment right?)
6)        Give me the TITLE document
7)        Give me the Car Registration document
8)        Give me the Warranty document
9)        Select the License Plate (hopefully your store has a few for me to select 😉 so I can select a good number)

What I need to take when I come?

The main items I can think out are:
a)        My Driver’s License
b)        Any cash down payment needed?
If yes, what’s the payment method DEALER accept (e.g. credit card, cheque, money order, etc.)?
Note: the previous $500 deposit (from my credit card) will be deducted from the down payment right?
c)        Any car insurance certificates/documents do I need to take?
d)        Any car loan certificates/documents do I need to take?

3感觉用处不大，看的话就是看看里面有没有螺丝被拧过之类的。但感觉正规dealer一般不会有问题。
里程有些会大于10mile，几十mile，可能dealer之间交换开过去，或者其他人试车，看个人洁癖了。
划痕要仔细看看了。试驾也是应该的。 倒车摄像头啥的都可以看看。另外dealer一般会帮你洗一下车，把油加满。

就是所有地方的VIN 都要一致对吧？
1）车身上
2）销售合同上
3）保险卡上
4）Car Registration Document
5) Car Title Document

退货？让车行赔钱？
2）洗车和加油不错啊，这是惯例吗？
还是比较好的车行才会这样做？
如果它们没有这个 服务 ，我也就只能直接开走吧

有划痕要折扣吧，如果不严重而且不介意的话，砍点钱。加油和清洁应该是所有车行都会做的。

如果小划痕太多，感觉忍不了让换一辆吧，能忍要些折扣吧。 清洁加油应该有，没有你管dealer要把

Do I need to get the formal Sales Contract from DEALER in advance?
