只要是公司员工就是insider啊 不然为啥会有trading window

而且不能做空自己公司股票，不能买卖自己公司股票的期权，甚至都不能用杠杆资金购买自己公司股票… 入职了之后认真上一下公司的training吧

LZ如果你还是想给Meta打工的话就尽早入职吧。现在bootcamp已经freeze到年底不能毕业了，明年什么情况还不好说，搞不好是会撕offer的。

你说的那些人是需要汇报自己的交易的人，但是即使不汇报交易也禁止 insider trading。
