分享一下视频面试问题的思路
1. Why EDG
Many of my friends including me have experience in using matlab to do some research or analysis. Actually I use matlab to implement my first research project. I think matlab changed our way to do research and analysis, and with the software version iteration, I found the matlab is becoming more and more powerful and easy to use. So, as a software engineering, my passion is to helping people solve problems or providing a solutions. And that's why I want to join EDG to use my ability to provide this solution and I apply for the position.
2. Your ability
I have a strong programming background, I received my CS bacholor degrees with honours in ANU, and CS bachelor degree in SDU. And now, I am pursuing my MS degree in UCD. And, I am a multi-programming language developer, so can easily switch between different programming language. and I used to participant in some deep learning projects which need to process tons of data. Also, I have experience in designing the mu coding ability.
I choose to work agilly, because we want our group can see the demo as soon as possible and get quick responde.
My strategy is to seperate this one tasks into many small tasks and set them priority.
and estimate how many work left in each tasks, also I will use calender to remind myself the ddl to make sure our work can be done on time.
And we also set stand meetings and week meeting to make sure everyones process is on track and everyone knows what they need to do.
So those methods helps me a lot to deal with many ddl. |
