大家帮我看看 NEU这是肿么了

早上起来，看到手机的提示灯一亮一亮的，估摸着有邮件来了，就打开看了看。迷迷糊糊看完第一段发现是封rej就继续睡。

We are sorry that this is not the outcome that you were hoping for. Note that the ECE program is among our most competitive for entry as perhaps only 1 in 5 applicants are officially accepted. 起来之后，又重新去看了一下邮件，发现在这一段之后还有一段，开头竟然是HOWEVER！  

However, the Telecommunication Systems Management (TSM) department in the Graduate School of Engineering at Northeastern (a different department than ECE) would like to invite you to be considered for admission to their program for Fall 2014 term entry. This invitation has been extended to you as your chosen area of concentration in ECE was Communications, Control and Signal Processing, and we have found that such ECE applicants sometimes have similar academic backgrounds and interests as TSM students.


卧槽，这是什么意思，柳岸花明又一村吗？！怀着瞬间迸发的兴奋，LZ发现邮件竟然还有一段。

The TSM program has a strong industry focus with students taking graduate courses in networking, communications, software, and business. Please note this is a course-only program and you should visit the program website for more information. Feel free to contact the program director Dr. Peter O'Reilly (poreilly@coe.neu.edu) if you have specific questions. Interested candidates should be aware that there is no funding support available for students in this program. Instead, many TSM students go on a 6 to 8 month paid co-op (internship) with industry. Requirements apply. Positions are not guaranteed. Thus, graduates of this program are well-equipped to take their place in the telecommunications workplace.

Please understand that this email does not constitute an offer of admission to the TSM program. 卧槽，这又是什么情况，上面说的一堆讨巧的话原来是逗我的吗！？

然后邮件又balabala了一堆，什么要再提交一个申请。非常愉快的是不再需要支付申请费了......

在这里有几个问题：
１．如果我申请了所谓的ＴＳＭ项目，一定会被发ＡＤ吗？
２．有没有人了解这个ＴＳＭ项目是个什么东东啊？！
３．楼主手中有一枚ＰＩＴＴ的ＡＤ，考虑到ＮＥＵ的傲娇学费，是不是也可弃之不理呢，求比较！
４．有同样受到此类邮件的朋友吗？！　

我百度了下tsm 貌似不是什么太好的项目 慎重..好像收到拒信的都有提到tsm

所谓招不满调剂的项目。。。。调剂也不能说肯定能进啊，只是几率很大而已。。。另外貌似没听说过这个专业。。

有别的EE的AD还是选别家比较好，学EE的不培养核心竞争力在美国找工作真是堪比bio啊（对不起，bio的同学们）。
