看来你好像分不清org和division的区别 还有英文阅读理解

认真的说，你可以看下nyt的副标题
The job cuts of approximately 10,000, which would start as soon as this week, would focus on the company’s devices organization, retail division and human resources.

是把device,retail和hr三个并排的额。我不是amazon的，可能不清楚org chart。但是看了这个标题和那句话, 以正常读新闻，大家理解难道不是retail和device是两个parallel的部门嘛><

这一段话it指的是什么比较ambiguous，根据副标题it更有可能指Amazon。

The cuts will focus on Amazon’s devices organization, including the voice-assistant Alexa, as well as at its retail division and in human resources, said the people, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly.

仔细看了一下，根据英语习惯，逗号之间的部分是BTW，可以去掉，所以连起来是这样的
The cuts will focus on Amazon’s devices organization as well as at its retail division and in human resources.
这种新闻副标题搞错的概率比较小，所以应该还是三个部门并列，这里的retail和HR不是指device org的子部门。

这明显是利用现在的大环境赶紧优化组织，平时上涨的时候裁员看看

不是说10000人嘛，3%从哪里看来的？

有些人显然没有看NYT的原文，只看post上来的只言片语
