当初过了面试但没有hc

楼主情况是今年6 7月过了软的he但被告知招聘的team没有hc了没走成，以下是hr的原话
“We are currently re-evaluating the needs of the business for FY23 and our focus for the foreseeable future will be to catch up to the demands of the market. That being said, we are not actively hiring at the moment. I will absolutely update you once this changes and our teams are hiring again”

想请问一下软家的朋友和前辈，如果明年软家重新开始招聘的话，hr会联系之前过了面试但没有hc的candidate吗？还是说是要重新找人重新面试。
