Cirrus Logic NG Full-time 总计7小时面试倒在最后一轮

抱着拿offer去和其他家negotiate的心态面的cirrus，不料vitual on-site后给拒了。面试职位是analog design engineer, 以下全部经过：

共三轮，第一轮和第二轮都是和engineer一小时的technical。第三轮共5小时，4小时technical，最后一小时和HR聊。

technical 里勉强记得的内容：

Ring oscillator: parasitics, load, current effects on frequency

Analysis of constant slew-rate cap charger/discharger by using a current source and a common source

Parallel LCR circuit: current and voltage waveform with a step input; frequency response

Miller compensation: location of poles before and after

MOSFET cross section: drawing, parastic capacitances, regions of operation

Switched capacitor: resistance, S

面得昏天暗地，好多题都不记得了orz

虽然我最了解的方向没怎么问，但感觉面得还是不错的。
面完后两天催结果的时候被告知没戏，可能是因为最后一轮和hr透露了手头有其他offer需要做决定以及我知道其他ng在cirrus的offer，权衡之后把我刷掉了。个人还是经验太少，早知道少说两句。
