分分种感觉被撩着玩，是不是HR用来做绩效用的。。。。。电话要聊下职业发展。。。
这都什么虚玩意，感觉特别浪费时间。。。。一准备就是一个星期耗过去了，不知道少做多少题目，少看多少算法的书。

看了看，最近这一两周真的post了一堆新opening… SWE2到principal都有…奇观啊 都已经圣诞节了

不一定，最近确实有Microsoft recruiter在和我follow up；但是现在比较general的岗位（比如只要求backend或者full stack的经验）动辄会有几百人申请，所以很难说有job opening就一定能走到面试
