迈阿密大学给的是不是大饼阿

迈阿密大学发一个email说我可能有资格拿dphs全额奖学金，有没有学长解释一下这个好拿嘛 是不是大饼。 迈大我本来当保底申请的，但是如果真的能全额的话还是能省不少钱

In addition, I wanted to share that you may be eligible to apply to our DPHS Resiliency Scholarship Award. The Department of Public Health Sciences is offering the DPHS Resiliency Scholarship to support a resilient MPH or MSPH student in their effort to address community or global public health issues through their graduate studies. Applicants must be accepted and matriculate in the Fall 2023 semester. The recipient will receive a full-tuition scholarship. Applications for this scholarship will open on March 1, 2023 and will be sent via email
