Position: Quality Assurance Specialist

.. Type: Full Time / Mon – Fri (will consider Part-time for the right Candidate)

Location: In Office – Miami Gardens, FL (will consider hybrid with 1 day per week in office)

Travel: Yes. Position will require occasional travel overseas to visit suppliers.

Screening: Criminal and Drug

Required Experience: Mandarin, Chinese spoken and written
Native English spoken and written.
Quality control or similar experience.
MS Office proficiency.
Not Required: AutoCAD or similar.
Medical Device experience.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or greater specializing in medical devices or 3 years' experience in a related field.

Compensation: Competitive and based on work experience.

Job Duties:
 Impeccable and consistent attention to detail.
 Thorough inspection and recording of all inbound products and medical devices
(e.g., endotracheal tubes, skin staplers, etc.).
 Maintain and execute routine in-stock product inspections.
 Manage the creation technical drawings for all products (CAD or similar).
 Maintain accurate records of vendor certifications and licensing.
 Maintain accurate records of all product changes (e.g., registrations, modifications,
materials, components, packaging, etc.)
 Ensure all products have adequate releases (e.g., FDA, etc.) prior to release to
market.

products continue to meet client's expectations.
 Investigate reported quality concerns and inspect/test returned products.
 Investigate and manage recalls and quarantined products.
 Work with managers on new product development and market research.
 Spearhead new product development sourcing.
 Manage supplier relationships, including maintaining performance report cards on
each supplier.
 Manage Purchase Order expectations and pre-shipping quality checks.
 Visit suppliers as needed to ensure continued compliance with Company’s
requirements and both product and social expectations.
