Multiple PhD and Post-doc positions with full financial support are available in Dr. Tingting Yu’s group. Dr. Yu (https://homepages.uc.edu/~tyu/)) is currently an Associate Professor of EECS department at University of Cincinnati. She is joining the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Connecticut as an Associate Professor in Fall 2023.

Dr. Yu's research interests include software engineering, software testing, empirical software engineering, and the application of AI and machine learning techniques to software engineering. Dr. Yu received the ACM SIGSOFT Distinguished Paper Award in 2016. She was a recipient of the NSF Faculty CAREER Award in 2017. She published more than 60 refereed publications and many appeared in most competitive journals and conferences, including IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering (TSE), ACM Transactions on Software Engineering and Methodology (TOSEM), ICSE, ASE, ESEC/FSE, and ISSTA. Dr. Yu served in the organizing committee of several international conferences, including ICSE, ASE, ESEC/FSE, ISSTA, ICST. She serves on the editorial board of Empirical Software Engineering Journal. She also served in the Technical Program Committee in more than 50 conferences.
