I have 1-2 Ph.D. positions opening for the coming years (starting Fall 2023 or later). Focusing on cyber-physical systems, our projects include (1) Smart healthcare, (2) Mobile systems, and (3) Machine learning.

Candidates are expected to have:
· A degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science
· Research experience
· A good background in digital signal processing algorithms, sensing techniques, and C programming skill
· Hand-on experience in system design, implementation, and evaluation
· IELTS 6.5 to pass the school admission requirement
· Strong motivation toward career excellence
· Well prepared for 3-5 years of concentrated work
Good to have:
· A Master's degree
· Research publications as the first author
· A background in mobile systems and machine learning
· Practical experience in PCB circuit design and firmware and software development
· Experience with machine learning and data mining
