楼主好 希望楼主的事情顺利解决 似乎只有律师才能比较专业的回复。
另外 想问下楼主可不可以post结婚证照片？我们也是在德州领证 也马上485，不过从来没听过还有informal的结婚证 所以想double check下别搞错了

好的，不过也谢谢你。我一大早已经打电话给texas marriage licence部门了，他们说从来没有你说的那种补件的，可能我们拿的不是同一种类型的。我这个叫informal marriage licence，要formal的话美国境内哪结都可以。于是两小时前我们就去纽约附近的town登记了，已经邮件联系准备 marriage ceremony了。好神奇的感觉，填表格时候，我们都属于头婚（头昏）。人家结婚开开心心的进去，我们结婚感觉烦死了。门口招待还以为我们新婚对着我姨母笑，我内心额额额额。哈哈。

还是建议你找专业的律师去咨询和解决。你在这里问可能适得其反。
