找2個accountability partners一起學習

An accountability partner is someone who supports another person to keep a commitment or maintain progress on a desired goal. They will often be a trusted friend or acquaintance who will regularly ask an individual about their progress or receive confessions of moral wrongdoing.

找二個能互相督促的朋友一起學習 。

(我打中文字很慢，請體諒我一半中文一半英文。)

內容：

• 每周2天或以上，晚上9點到11點 (can change)，開視頻學習。
• 學習時間做自己的事 （我還要花些時間完成工作上的項目，而且有些工作上的文檔想看，將來可能會刷題和看system design，但現在沒有交流的需求，單純找個人互相督促）。
  

要求：

• 每周能選二天或以上一起學習2小時。
• 約定好時間後，能準時出席，平均每月不會多於一天缺席。(I am a kind of people person, so when my friend doesn't show up, I will really find an excuse to skip the study session. So if you want to study together, please commit to it and be consistent. I would need to find a new partner if you miss the session too often).
• 能視頻。(I find it helpful to feel the company by video and background sound. It also keeps me from watching youtube and afk. So only join if you feel comfortable to open video and audio).
• 我只會說廣東話和英文，感覺會溝通困難的別加。
• 男女不限，沒職業要求，沒CS經驗要求，只要願意準時出席就好了。(but if you are new to CS industry or is studying CS, we can also discuss more after study session. I work at Meta, with EE GE (E4 promotion) EE EE (E5 promotion) rating).
  

Why do I want to find an accountability partner?

• I am losing motivation to keep improving my product domain because of laid offs (since product domain is less industry transferable). But I am also in the team so long that I can do something very amazing if I continue extending on my product domains. And I don't plan to be an IC6, so PSC doesn't bother me. I can just get a MA/EE each half.
• Should also start doing  leetcode and learning system design, so in case I get laid off or I want to switch companies.

現在已有人的時間表 （可加入/重疊）：
星期一到星期四: 20:30 - 22:30


還是空閒的時間：
星期五 ：20:30 - 23:00
星期六或星期日: 只接受在西雅圖的，想去UW看一整天書。隨緣每周末沒活動時問一下。

暫時不打算擴大學習的時間，但可以加入我現在有的時間。
