是的，一人多抽完全合法我也支持，但是中签率要按人头算不能按申请数算，一个人无论交1份还是100份他的中签率应该是一样的。

Why multiple applications for same worker allowed?
There are fake companies in India (Hyderabad and elsewhere) known as H1B factories.

这就是诉讼的诉求。但是败诉了。如果后续翻案，那移民局面子就没了······

当然我完全不在意它的面子，甚至想再在地上踩两脚。但是从逻辑和客观因素来说，移民局的面子还是被保护得很好的。

现在放风的修正方式是提高每份抽签的价格，用涨价来减少造假的作弊行为，你觉得这个改正前非的力度怎么样 ...

我倒是觉得这个感觉还可以

你让移民局纯粹去用爱发电，感觉效率低见效慢，但是如果有多条路多收钱，估计推进会很快

虽然还是不能马上杜绝abuse，但是让abuse的成本变得很高，那么也相应的就是减少abuse
