求助！！WES申请显示材料Incomplete！！

题主国科大下面研究所的硕士，目前已经毕业，在申请海外博士。WES认证过程中材料显示Hold On！下面是官网给出的具体信息：


Academic Transcript (CHN)   |      Incomplete


Reason: The document received only contains a partial record of your study program. Subjects taken and grades earned for part of the study were not included. We are missing information on the last year of your master's study.


Instructions: Please resubmit a complete document that lists all subjects taken and grades earned for each year of the program according to the requirements for your country of education. The updated transcript requires CSSD verification.


国科大的成绩单是只包含第一年在北京集中教学的课程，后两年回到研究所是没有课程信息的，请问有没有相同经历的朋友，请问这个要怎么处理呀！

我给WES官方发了一封邮件，主要解释了最后一年没有课程，所以成绩单不显示。
