董文倩老师为佛罗里达国际大学计算与信息科学学院助理教授，研究兴趣包括高性能计算（HPC），深度学习（Deep Learning），科学模拟（Scientific simulation）等。董文倩曾在HPC，AI/ML等顶级会议上多次发表论文，包括：SC，ICS，EuroSys，VLDB,  ASPLOS。 董老师也与美国国家实验室及湾区工业界保持密切合作关系。曾与西北太平洋国家实验室（PNNL），惠普（HP）AI Lab 共同合作并发表文章。现在阿贡国家实验室（ANL）科学家组织MLbench workshop上担任程序委员，并担任SC, ICS，IPDPS, NAS, IEEE cluster，IEEE TCNS 多个期刊和会议的审稿人。

Perspective Students
Highly-motivated PhD students are sought to start in Spring/Fall 2024 under Professor Wenqian Dong ([url=https://wdong5.github.io/]https://wdong5.github.io/[/url]) in the areas of machine learning technology, parallel computing system, and their intersection with ML for scientific applications and systems for ML. Funding for students is expected to be in the form of research and/or teaching assistantships.
Desired qualifications:
[1] Python or C/C++ programming ability
[2] Basic knowledge and experience with Linux system
Preferred qualifications (but not strictly required):
[1] Python programming experience to develop neural networks models
[2] Interests in parallel programming models (e.g., CUDA, OpenMP, MPI, and OpenCL)
