从地里的面经和我的经验。骨骼题比较灵活多变，对沟通要求比较高，我挂在沟通上；灭他的题不太多，有稍微变化，比如输入2维数组变1维；设计题不多，重复率比较高；相比骨骼要简单。亚麻题目多，BQ要求高，设计题也多。我这种非名校/无大厂经验/没啥时间，感觉准备亚麻比较吃力。

1. BQ. 有没有在time limit的情况下，完成任务。treade off是什么，对产品有什么短期和长期影响。

2. 问了五题BQ，大概有Deliver Results、Ownership、Customer Obsession、Learn and Be Curious，
最后一个Learn and Be Curious最有印象，因为问得比较符合网路上找得到的问题 - Tell me about a time when you solved a problem through just superior knowledge or observation.

3. BQ都在问关于ownership, customer obsession，right a lot, have backbone, deliver result, high standard。准备了60%的例子都没有用到，就几个故事来来回回说。

4.  第一个问题就是做的最复杂的project，讲了之后问我负责的部分，然后如何帮助更junior的组员。我以为店面不会问这些，所以准备不足，并且由于本身是ic4，所以很多体现自己是senior级别的问题答得不流利，也编不出来故事。我猜测这些问题可能需要结合LP回答，但是我没有能力现场这么做，以为LP是onsite的准备的事情。

5. 一开始是15min的bq，问了一个临近ddl的处理方式然后问了个face any challenge。我讲完第二个的story之后还问了最后在那节课拿了什么grade。10min结束进入coding，给了个很经典的用2个stack写fifo的题，我中间犯了蛮多错最后写完了但就剩10min了，应该有followup吧但没写

6. 面試官感覺是國人，前半個小時問project + BQ，大概就是past experience 結合雅麻的leadership principle, 問得是滿仔細的，但他的英語我覺得技術交流稍微困難

9. LP一个dive deep一个deliver results fast sacrifice others，我没有直接对应的故事，现场反编了一个本来是highest standard的，说自己一开始over engineering，后来平短快meet deadline，大哥看起来比较满意，每个故事讲完都会问下takeaway，how would you do it again。

根据数据类型进行处理。
面试官觉得这样不好，我说那把steaming data和命令分开，一个control plane, 一个data plane. 分别绑定在不同的socket上，然后pin 不同的cpu。他说可以。
如果命令丢失该如何处理？ 我说把处理命令的底层换成tcp，那就能重传了。面试官表示不可行，doesn't scale.
