Role and Responsibilities
Working as Technical Support Specialist for WyreStorm Technologies Corporation, responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
¡¤Handling customer technical support cases through phone, email, or online chatting.
¡¤Dealing with RMA returns, product testing and refurbishment. . ¦¶
¡¤Product failure analysis and quality improvement.
¡¤Customer feedback collection and analysis.
¡¤Onsite customer support if needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
¡¤Associate degree preferred.
¡¤1-3 years of experience in a customer support and IT role.
¡¤Relevant experience in a similar field.
¡¤Electronic or technical knowledge (preferred).
