为什么有些房子的HOA高得离谱

这是老年公寓吧，基本所有服务都包了。

那我觉得要生活不能自理的老人，有护工帮忙打理生活，才对得起这7000刀溢价。

包吃包各种服务呢，，比如健身房澡堂高尔夫专车，按摩等。。。

如果出租每个月能租多少钱？ 够不够支付HOA呢？

最近也看到这个condo， HOA 高的离谱。不知道是不是因为HOA提高，它的房价也从高点跌了一半
