我这种情况还要继续和Uber面试吗？

我目前在Grubhub上班。前两天UberEats的recruiter打电话给我。Grubhub和UberEats属于直接竞争关系。当初在Grubhub的offer letter上有这样一段话
Protective Agreement: As a condition of your employment, you must enter into the Company’s
Protective Agreement prior to the commencement of your employment. A copy of the Protective
Agreement is enclosed. Prior to the commencement of your employment, you also must provide the Company with copies of any noncompetition, nonsolicitation, noninterference, confidentiality, nondisclosure, or work-for-hire agreements, or similar agreements, to which you are subject or may be bound.

请问我可以离开Grubhub后直接去UberEats上班吗？

这是说grubhub需要你前司的non compete，没说你从grubhub离职需要多久不能给竞争对手打工
