收到此回复后，于是我又套了该学校另一个AP，时隔一周。。。收到如下回复 嗯我知道这都是模板
.. Thank you for your interest in my research group. At the moment, I am uncertain if I will have funding to accept graduate students next year. I have submitted multiple proposals, and must wait to see if they get funded. If I do get funding, I will be looking for PhD students. I think your best strategy is to apply to the department and see if you get accepted.(see http://www.ce.washington.edu/prospective/grads/index.html for the application process). If you do get accepted, we can then see if I have funding, and if the funded projects interests you. But I would not limit your self to me. If I don't end up getting funding, you will want to have the opportunity to work with other faculty in the department.

2.I am recruiting and I am interested.  I can provide an office, labs, equipment, research supplies and mentoring; however there is no stipend or tuition funding.
